摘要
目的:探讨脑卒中后偏瘫患者上、下肢运动能力与日常生活能力的相关性。方法:30例脑卒中后偏瘫患者,男20例,女10例,平均年龄为(60.75±12.84)岁。其中脑出血16例,脑梗死10例,脑梗死伴出血4例。平均病程(5.4±9.6)个月。采用简易Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分方法评定患者运动能力,改良Barthel指数评定患者的日常生活能力。结果:30例患者全身Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分平均为40.96±32.04,上肢运动功能评分平均为21.78±22.87,下肢运动功能评分平均为18.43±10.29。30例患者改良Barthel指数评分平均为39.46±25.94。全身总Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分与改良Barthel指数评分的相关系数为0.65,其中上肢运动功能评分与改良Barthel指数评分的相关系数为0.62,下肢运动功能评分与改良Barthel指数评分的相关系数为0.61。结论:偏瘫患者的运动能力与日常生活能力有一定的相关性,且上、下肢运动能力对日常生活能力的影响几乎相等。
AIM:To explore the relationship between upper or lower extremity motor function and activities of daily living in hemiplegia patients following stroke. METHODS:Thirty hemiplegia patients,20 males and 10 females,with the mean age of(60.75±12.84) years,were enrolled in this study.Among thirty patients,there were 16 of hemorrhage,10 of brain infarct and 4 of brain infarct with hemorrhage.The average course was 5.4±9.6 months.Modified Barthel Index and FuglMeyer Test were selected as the standard instruments for the evaluation of activities of daily living and motor function respectively. RESULTS:The average scores of FuglMeyer Test was 40.96±32.04 for total body,21.78±22.87 for the upper extremity and 18.43±10.29 for the lower extremity.The correlation coefficient between the scores of Barthel Index and the scores of FuglMeyer Test was 0.65 for the total body 0.62 for the upper extremity and 0.61 for the lower extremity. CONCLUSION:The motor function is positively correlated with the activities of daily living in hemiplegia patients.The effect of upper extremity motor function and lower extremity motor function on activities of daily living was equal.
