目的 为达到全球医学教育最低基本要求。方法 对全球医学进行内涵解释和运作要求。结果 对全科医生进行了职业价值、态度、行为、伦理及医学科学基础知识教育 ,培养了全科医生的沟通技能 ,临床评估技能 ,群体健康和卫生系统观念 ,信息管理技能 ,批判性思维和研究技能的能力。结论 对中国特色全科医生的培养具有重要的指导意义。

Objectives To achieve the goal of “Global Minimum Essential Requirement in Medical Education”.Methods Parse the “Global Minimum Essential Requirement in Medical Education”.Results This article carried out the intension explain in occupation value and medical basic knowledge. Improved the communication skill, clinic evaluation,health conception, information management skill and animadvert thinking of General Practitioner(GP).Conclusions All of this is very important to direct the cultivating of General Practitioner being provided with Chinese characteristic.
