摘要
鸡白痢沙门氏菌可感染各日龄、不同品种的鸡,其临床症状表现不尽相同,均严重影响鸡的生产性能.细菌学方法仍是不可或缺的诊断手段.随着血清学技术、PCR技术、快速检测试剂盒逐步应用于鸡白痢的检疫之后,对鸡白痢的防制已跃上了一个新台阶,鸡白痢沙门氏菌的毒力质粒和耐药性研究,为药物、疫苗防治打开了新思路.减毒菌苗、灭活菌苗、脂多糖(LPS)抗原、卵黄抗体、活菌生物制剂、抗生素、磺胺药、中草药、有机酸等措施在鸡白痢的防治中发挥着重要作用.
Salmonella pullorum can infect chickens of all day-age and different variety, and has serious influence on their production performance. The bacteriology method is still an serology technology. PCR technology and Quick Test Reagent Box applying to the quarantine gradually, the prevention and cure has already reached a new stage. The study of its plasmid of toxicity and drug resistance opens new trains of thought of prevention and cure with drug and vaccine. Attenuated bacterial vaccine, inactive bacterial vaccine, LPSantigen, vitellus antibody, antibiotic, sulfa-drugs, Chinese herbal medicine, organic acid and so on play an important role in the prevention and cure of salmonella pullorum.
