Cultivation of Students' Engineering Consciousness and Engineering Quality in Higher Engineering Colleges

工程意识与工程素质是现代工程技术人员最重要的素质之一,其培养也是当今高等教育的薄弱环节之一。在探讨工程意识与工程素质内涵的基础上,分析当前我国高等教育中不利于学生工程意识与工程素质培养的主要因素,从合理制订人才培养方案、创造工程环境、加强实践教学和改善师资结构等方面,论述培养工科大学生工程意识与工程素质的途径。

Engineering consciousness and quality is one of the most important qualities of modern engineering and technical personnel, and is also one of the weakness of modern higher engineering education. Based on discussing the meaning of engineering consciousness and quality, the paper analyzes adverse factors of cultivating engineering consciousness and quality cultivation in China's college education. It dissertates the approaches of cultivating engineering consciousness and quality of college student learning technology from developing the rational talent training program, creating the engineering environment, strengthening the practice teaching and improving the structure of teachers.
