盾构镶齿滚刀破岩过程机理分析

摘要 本文采用Abaqus软件建立了镶齿滚刀的简化模型,并基于扩展Drucker-Prager本构模型,对镶齿滚刀破岩的过程进行了模拟。模拟结果表明,镶齿滚刀较之于盘形滚刀有着更好的破岩效果,同时还验证了贯入度与岩石的破碎程度有着紧密关系。
