摘要
目的 :探讨 cyclin D1,cyclin E,P2 7KIP1 在肝细胞癌中的表达及其意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学 S- P法检测 5 0例肝细胞癌组织标本及 4 4例相应的癌旁肝组织标本中的 cyclin D1,cyclin E,P2 7KIP1 的表达。结果 :cyclin D1,cy-clin E,P2 7KIP1在肝细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率均高于癌旁组织 (P<0 .0 5 )。P2 7KIP1的低表达 ,cyclin D1的过度表达与肝细胞癌临床分期、有无转移显著相关。cyclin E过度表达者也易发生远处转移。肝癌组织中 P2 7KIP1 的低表达与 cyclin E的过度表达有相关关系。 P2 7KIP1 阳性表达者术后生存率高。结论 :P2 7KIP1 、cyclin D1作为调节细胞周期的重要因子 ,在肝细胞癌的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。P2 7KIP1是预测肝癌转移和预后的一个指标。
Objective:To investigate the expressions of cyclinD1,cyclinE and P27 KIP1 in hepatocellular carcinoma and their relationships with clinicalpathology.Methods:Expressions of cyclinD1,cyclinE and P27 KIP1 were tested by S-P immunohistochemistry in 50 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and 44 cases of adjacent noncancerous tissues.Results:It was found that positive expressions of cyclinD1,cyclinE,P27 KIP1 in hepatocellular carcinoma were higher than in adjacent noncancerous tissues.The expressions of cyclinD1 and P27 KIP1 had a significant correlation with intrahepatic metastasis and clinical stage.CyclinE overexpression also had positive relationship with intrahepatic metastasis.There was a significant relationship between P27 KIP1 and cyclinE expression.Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that patients with P27 KIP1 expression had a high overall survival rate.Conclusion:Being important cell-cycle modulators at the G1-S boundary,cyclinD1 and P27 KIP1 may contribute to carcinogenesis and progression of HCC,P27 KIP1 expression has prognostic significance.
