图片式教学模式在ICU护士进行CRRT操作培训中的效果评价

摘要 目的探索图片式教学在进行ICU护士CRRT教学培训中的效果。方法将2012年传统方法培训后的护士所进行的96例次CRRT作为对照组;将2013年图片式教学培训的护士进行的102例次CRRT作为实验组,记录两组护士在处理CRRT报警的时间、处理失败的次数、连接管路到预冲成功的时间及医生的满意度。结果实验组护士处理报警时间、处理突发事件失败的次数均明显低于对照组;医生的满意度高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在ICU护士进行CRRT操作培训中应用图片式教学结合传统教学的效果显著,可以作为一种新的教学模式推广。 Objective To explore the effect of picture teaching in the nurses under ICU CRRT training.Methods Those 96 cases CRRT treated with traditional methods by trained nurses in 2012 were set as control group and the 102 cases of CRRT treated by nurses received picture training in 2013 were set as the experimental group. The CRRT time,number of treatment failure,the connection time and doctor satisfaction were all comparatively analyzed. Results In the experimental group nurses,processing time alarm and emergency treatment times of failure were statistically lower than that in the control group and the doctor's satisfaction was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The picture teaching combined with traditional teaching in ICU nurse receiving CRRT operation training shows good effect and could be popularized as a new teaching mode.
