摘要
结合食品工程教育专业认证,分析了目前高校食品科学与工程专业工程教育存在的问题,提出了以专业认证为导向的食品工程专业课程体系改革措施。旨在通过优化教学内容,增加工程类课程实践内容,加强学生创新能力的培养,改革专业课程考核评价方式等措施,为我国食品工业提供合格的工程人才。
Combined with engineering education professional certification,the paper analyzes the problems of engineering education in the food science and engineering of university and presentes the reform measures of curriculum system. The purpose is to cultivate qualified personnel for food industry through increasing engineering courses practice content,strengthening students' ability and reforming curriculum appraisal methods.
