Effect of Multimedia Classware on Blood Cell Morphology Teaching

目的 探讨MCAI课件在血细胞形态学教学中的应用价值。 方法 利用自制MCAI课件与传统教学方法进行对比研究 ,并通过理论与技能考核评估教学效果。 结果 该课件在很大程度上调动了学生的学习兴趣和积极性 ,提高了教学时效 ,提高了学生的学习能力及实践技能。 结论 本课件在血细胞形态学教学中有重要作用 。

Objective To investigate the value of multimedia classware in blood cell morphology teaching. Methods Multimedia computer-assisted instruction(MCAI) and traditional teaching methods were applicated in teaching practice. Lastly, teaching effect was evaluated by the theoretial test and clinical skill examination. Results Compared with traditional methods, MCAI has three advantages in the fellowing aspects: arousing students' interest and euthusiasm in study, raising the teaching efficiency and improving the clinical skill and the abilities of self-education. Conclusion This classware can play an important role in blood cell morphology teaching. and be worth putting forward into practice.
