摘要
介绍了客户呼叫中心 (callcenter)的基本原理 ,分析了供电局设备保修的具体需求 ,提出了一个电力设备保修联动系统的解决方案。实践表明 。
The basic principle of call center is introduced. After analyzing the practical needs, this paper puts forward a feasible solution of the power supply bureau management system. Practice shows that the system can measurably resolve the problems of the power device maintenance.
