Objective To improve the comprehensive ability to analysis and solve the problems of the clinical nurses.Method Using the hard core of the administrant pattern of OEC to analyse nursing cases,and then discuss and summarize them.Result To improve the nurses knowledge,enhance the ability and recognize to open up.Conclusion To set up the circumstance of “honest and belief” between nurses and patients.
