摘要
以Ti粉、Al粉、B Fe为主要原料 ,采用自蔓延高温合成技术 ,制备Ti Al基金属间化合物。研究了自蔓延高温合成技术 ,成分配比 ,B Fe以及高温装炉对热爆反应的影响 ,分析了热爆反应机理以及热爆产物显微组织。结果表明 :随Al含量的减少、加热速度的提高 ,热爆起始时间缩短、热爆反应峰值增加 ;加入适量B Fe可以延缓Ti Al基金属间化合物的热爆反应 ,抑制Ti3Al的择优生长 ,达到细化晶粒的效果。反应产物主要为针状或细棒状α2 (Ti3Al)和γ(TiAl)
Ti-Al base intermetallic compound was prepared by SH S with Ti powder, Al powder and B-Fe as basic raw materials. Effects of SHS techn ique, chemical compositions, B-Fe and charge in preheated furnace at high tempe rature on thermal explosion were researched. The mechanism of thermal explosion and the microstructure of thermal exploded product were analyzed. The results sh owed that the begi nning time of the thermal explosion reduces and the exothermic peak value rose with decrease in Al content and increase in heating rate. The grain refinement c an be realized by restraining the preferable growth of Ti 3Al and delaying the thermal explosion of Ti-Al base intermetallic compound with proper B-Fe additi on. The thermal exploded products consists of needle-like or fine-bar α 2(Ti 3Al) and γ(TiAl) phases.
