摘要
哈锅20世纪80年代初引进了美国CE(现ALSTOM)公司的600MW亚临界控制循环锅炉的设计制造技术,成功地设计制造了我国首台平圩电厂600MW亚临界控制循环锅炉,其技术性能指标均达到设计值。投运后期发现过热器、再热器两侧烟气、蒸汽温度存在较大偏差,导致个别管屏超温爆管及减温水超限。经试验研究,找出了汽温偏差的原因,提出了相应的优化措施,重新设计了哈锅第二代产品———盘山电厂3、4号锅炉,锅炉性能更加先进,锅炉效率为93.8%(低位热值),NOx排放量为384mg/m3。
Harbin Boilers Co.,Ltd introduced the 600 MW subcritical boiler with controlled circulation design and manufacturing technology from Combustion Engineering Inc. of U.S.A (now ALSTOM) in the early 1980s,and designed and manufactured the first Chinese-made 600 MW subcritical boiler with controlled circulation for Pingwei Power Plant,and its technical performance parameters are in compliance with the design values.It was found later on after it was put into operation that there was much deviation in fume and steam temperature on either side of overheater and reheater,which caused a few tube shielding bursts for overheating and temperature reducing water being out of limit.With the cause for steam temperature deviation identified through experimental tests,and appropriate measures taken for optimization,the second generation of products,Nos.3 and 4 boilers were redesigned by Harbin Boilers Co.,Ltd for Panshan Power Plant.These boilers are more advanced,and they have an efficiency of 93.8%,and a NO_x emisssion of 384 mg/m^3.
