伊曲康唑注射液的药理作用及其在系统性真菌感染的应用

The pharmacology of itraconazole injection and its clinical use in systemic fungal infection

伊曲康唑是三唑类广谱抗真菌药,其胶囊剂的生物利用度低,血药浓度不稳定,限制了它在较严重的系统性真菌感染中的应用。用羟丙基-β-环糊精与伊曲康唑进行包合,可大大提高伊曲康唑的水溶性和生物利用度,用此包合物制备的伊曲康唑注射液可用于严重的系统性真菌感染的治疗。现对伊曲康唑注射液的药理作用及其在系统性真菌感染中的临床应用作一介绍。

Itraconazole is a broad spectrum triazole antifungal agent. Its use in treatment of systemic fungal infection was limited due to its capsule formulation. However,an inclusion compound of i-traconazole can be prepared by reaction with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin. Thus its water solubility and bioavailability can be greatly enhanced. Itraconazole injection prepared with this inclusion compound may be used to treat systemic fungal infections. In this paper, the mechanism and clinical uses of itraconazole injection in systemic infections are reviewed.
