摘要
利用静态高压釜对三种油管钢N80、P110和J5 5进行了CO2 腐蚀试验 ,通过扫描电镜 (SEM)对比分析了腐蚀产物膜厚度和表面晶粒尺寸随温度的变化。结果表明 ,在试验条件下 ,三种钢的腐蚀产物膜厚度随温度变化情况相近 ,最大值均在 12 0℃ ,最小值对应温度则不同 ;表面晶粒尺寸出现了一峰一谷 ,峰值均在 12 0℃ ,谷值对应温度却不同。
An autoclave is employed to study CO2 corrosion of three kinds of tubular steels N80, P110 and J55. The effect of temperature on scale thickness and grain size of the surface is studied by using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The results show the similar relationship between the corrosion scale thickness and temperature for the tested steels. The maximum thickness of the corrosion scale appears at 120°C, but the minimum values appears at different temperature for the tested steels. The curves of grain size versus the temperature exhibit a peak and a valley. The peaks appear at 120°C, but the valleys appear at different temperature.
