温州经济具有市场经济的先发优势,民营经济非常发达。但随着温州经济的发展,工业用地紧张,企业的发展受到限制,企业外迁成为必然,经济的可持续发展面临严峻的考验。如何避免产业空心化、保证温州的持续繁荣,是一个值得探讨的问题。本文结合温州实际情况,提出了跨行政区域建立“温州工业园”的构想,并作了具体的阐述。

Wenzhou's economy has gained the initiative of market economy by striking the first blow and the civilian-run economy is very prosperous. With the development of economy and the drawback of less space for expansion, the development of enterprises is restrained. This raises the problem of sustainable development of the economy, which will make it necessary for the enterprises to move outside. To prevent enterprises from becoming hollow inside and to maintain the prosperity of Wenzhou are problems worth discussing. This article, combining the present situation of Wenzhou, suggests establishing Wenzhou Industry Garden across administrative area. It discusses the issue in detail.
