摘要
目的 :观察由蜈蚣、僵蚕、钩藤、制南星组成的复方中药对震颤大鼠癫痫小发作的作用。方法 :震颤大鼠脑海马和皮质慢性安插电极 ,连续记录灌胃给药前及给药不同时间后的脑电图。结果 :复方中药明显抑制了震颤大鼠平均每次癫痫小发作的持续时间 (P <0 .0 1) ,在给药 6d、停药 1,2 ,3,4d后分别降到给药前水平的 (71±9) % ,(4 7± 9) % ,(5 2± 11) % ,(5 9± 15 ) %及 (6 8± 18) % ,且在停药 1d后的作用显著强于丙戊酸钠 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :由蜈蚣、僵蚕、钩藤、制南星组成的复方中药具有明显的对抗震颤大鼠癫痫小发作的作用。
Objective: To study the effects of the traditional Chinese medicinal compound composed of Scolopendra, Bombyx Batryticatus, Uncaria, and Arisacma Consanguineum on absence-like seizures in rats with tremor. Methods: The electrodes were implanted in cortical and hippocampus of rats. The electroencephalograms (EEG) before and after administration of traditional Chinese medicinal compound were continuously recorded. Results: The duration of each absence-like seizure was significantly reduced from 100% to (71±9)%, (47±9)% , (52±11)%, (59±15)% and (68±18)% (P<0.01) on the 6th day after administration and on the lst, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days after stopping administration of the traditional Chinese medicinal compound. The effect of the first day after stopping administration was significantly better than the effect of valproate (P<0.01). Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicinal compound composed of Scolopendra, Bombyx Batryticatus, Uncaria, and Arisacma Consanguineum is effective against absence-like seizures on tremor rats.
