摘要
本文通过比较AlN粉体研磨前后和AlN粉末热处理前后的性能差异,发现用甲醇作研磨介质快速研磨2h,AlN粉末的中位粒径为1.204μm,效果良好。研磨前AlN粉的含氧量为1.45%,研磨2h后的含氧量为1.8%,快速研磨后AlN粉末的氧化程度不高。随着热处理温度的提高,氧化程度逐步提高。在1000℃的温度下热处理3h后,除含有主晶相AlN外,还出现明显的α Al2O3衍射峰。在600℃左右的温度下进行热处理3h,含氧量适中,有一定的抗水性。
An investigation on the performances of AlN powders prepared by SHS is made in this paper. It is found that rapid grinding for 2 hours with carbinol as grind medium has better effect on the powders with d_(0.5)=1.204μm. Oxygen contents of AlN powders before and after grinding are 1.45 percent and 1.80 percent separately. Oxidation degree of the powders is less affected by rapid grinding and increases with elevation of heat treatment temperature. When treated at 1000℃ for 3 hours there are obvious α-Al_2O_3 appearing in the AlN powder and when treated at 600℃ for 3 hours, the oxygen content of AlN powder is moderate and the powder is quite resistant to hydrolysis.
