天南星种子生活力和发芽率的测定

A Test to the Vitality and the Germination Percentage of the Seeds of Arisaema consanguineum Schott

在不同温度下对东北天南星和天南星进行发芽率试验,以细沙拌种低温贮藏及室温放置2种方式贮藏种子,并用TTC显色法测定其生活力。结果表明,天南星种子最适萌发温度为15℃,发芽率可达96%;于室温下放置270d,已无生活力;而与细沙混合贮藏于-4℃冰箱中270d后仍具有较强的生活力。

We tested the germination percentage of the seeds of Arisaema amurense Maxim and Arisaema consanguineum Schott;Stored the seeds by the method of intermingled with sands or exposed in average temperature, dyed them by TTC to test their vitality. The result indicated that the most suitable germination temperature of the seeds is 15℃,the germination percentage is 96%;The seeds which were exposed in average temperature for 270 days had lost their vitality,but others which were intermingled with sands stored in -4℃ refrigerator still kept a great vitality.
