摘要
针对众多企业在多品种小批量生产且缺乏稳定的主生产计划时难以实施MRPⅡ与JIT的困境 ,研究了一种新的生产计划与控制体系———实时动态排产系统。详细介绍了该系统的整体架构、订单处理流程和排产与插单算法。对所提出的两种排产算法及相应的插单算法进行了数值模拟 ,给出了不同算法的优缺点及应用条件。受运算速度的制约 ,该系统目前较适合产品结构简单、生产工序较少的企业。但随着计算机技术的发展与排产算法的进一步优化 。
It is difficult to put MRPII or JIT into practice for most of the manufacturing enterprises which produce multi-variety or small-lot products but without a stable master product schedule (MPS). To solve this problem, this paper studied real-time dynamic production schedule system, a new system for production schedule and control. The overall structure, order process of the system and the specific algorithms of schedule and order inserting in the system had also been discussed. Numerical simulation for the two type of algorithms of schedule and the algorithm of order inserting proposed; the merits, limitations and application conditions of the corresponding algorithms were also discussed. Restricted by computer speed, currently, the system is more suitable for those enterprises with simple product structure and fewer production stages. With the development of computer technology and further optimization of the algorithms of schedule, the system will be used by more and more enterprises and therefore would have much brighter future.
