新疆及外引的部分小麦种质资源高分子量谷蛋白亚基分析初报 被引量:4

Primary Study on Analysis of High Molecular Weight Glutenin Subunits of Wheat Germplasm Resources from Xinjiang and Other Areas

摘要 利用SDS PAGE对43个新疆及外引的小麦种质资源高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW)的构成、不同等位基因变异及出现频率进行系统分析,并按照Payne等人的评分方法,计算了其品质得分分析。结果表明:43个小麦种质资源的Glu 1的平均分为5.47分,低于全国的平均水平,高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基构成中以2+12亚基居多,5+10亚基较少,部分地影响了新疆小麦品质的改良。 The grain proteins of 43 wheat germplasm resources from Xinjiang and other areas were fractioned by SDS-PAGE to determine their high molecular weight glutenin subunit composition, allelic variation and frequencies. Their quality is based on the quality rating system of Payne. The average score of the Glu-1 of the 43 wheat sources is 5.7, the average score is lower than whole Chinese-grown wheat sources, and the fre-quency of subunits 2 and 12 of wheat sources is very high. But the subunits 5+10 is very less, which partly affected the improvement of wheat quality in Xingjiang.
