摘要
油田开发规划决策支持系统 (ODPDSS)是一套以油田自身特点为基础 ,以产量和经济效益为目标的油田管理软件。该系统主要由数据准备、资源潜力分析、规划部署和优化决策等四大模块构成 ,其主要功能子模块包括未开发油藏评价、正开发油藏评价、气田与稠油油藏评价、规划经济评价、资源优化决策等 ;神经网络方法、灰色系统理论、优化技术、现代控制论理论及动态ODBC技术的应用是该系统设计的最大特点。该系统可以在措施工作量优化时给出多个方案 ,并对多个方案进行综合评判 ,从而为油田决策者整体规划油田、合理分配油气资源提供决策支持。该系统在新疆油田应用取得了成功。
Decision Support System for Oilfield Development Planning (ODPDSS) is a management software that is based on special features of an oilfield and aims at improvement of its output and economic efficiency. The system consists of four parts: data preparation, resources analysis, planning deployment and decision optimization, and its function modules are undeveloped reservoir evaluation, developing reservoir evaluation, gas and heavy oil reservoir evaluation, planning economy evaluation, resources decision optimization and so on. The system design is mostly characterized by using neural networks, gray system theory, optimization technology, modern control theory and dynamic ODBC technology. This system can provide multiple optimized work schemes for development of an oilfield, and then make a comprehensive evaluation of these schemes. Therefore, it can give a decision support to overall planning of an oilfield and rational utilization of hydrocarbon resources. Its application in Xinjiang oilfield was successful.
