摘要
本文研究了荧光法测定头孢氨苄的血药浓度及其药物动力学。实验结果表明,血清浓度在1~20μg/ml范围内,荧光强度与浓度有较好的线形关系,r=0.9975。回收率为94.7%±2.3%(n=5),CV=2.39%。浓度时间曲线(头孢氨苄0.5g,PO)显示为一室模型。平均药物动力学参数(n=8):Ka=1.7500(h^(-1)),K=0.7365(h^(-1)),T_(1/2)=0.9401(h),T_(max)=1.18(h),C_p=19.64(μg/ml),V_a/F=13568.2(ml)。
A linear relationship (r=0.9975) between the intensty of fluorescease and concentration of cephalexin in serum (1~20μg/ml) was obtained. The average recovery (mean±SD, n=5) was 94.7±2.3%, cv=2.39%. The concentration time curve(cephalexin 0.5g PO) was shown as one compartment model. The mean pharmacokinetic parameters (n=8) were Ka=1.7500(h^(-1)), K=0.7365 (h(-1)), T_(1/2)=0.9401 (h), T_(max)=1.18 (h), Cp=19.64 (μg/ml), V_a/F=13568.2 (ml).
