摘要
以东濮凹陷WZ油田井况调查套管损坏资料为依据,分析说明地层出砂是引起套管损坏的主要原因。在对出砂油井套管损坏形态、层位与射孔状况、岩石性质等因素进行综合分析基础上,对疏松砂岩出砂、上覆岩层坍塌等主要方面导致的套管受力变形进行研究,为探讨疏松砂岩地层套管的损坏机理及防治措施提供依据。
Sand production is believed to be the main cause of casing damage based on well status survey in WZ oilfield in Dongpu depression. The casing deformation caused by sand production from unconsolidated sandstones and caving of the overlaying strata is studied through comprehensive analysis on morphologic characteristics of casing damage, horizon and perforation status, and rock properties. It provides a basis for preventing casing damage in unconsolidated sandstones.
