摘要
开发了一种季铵盐作为六氯丙烷(HCC230)合成助催化剂。在压力3.5105~6105Pa、温度90~115℃下调聚合成六氯丙烷。试验结果表明:在相同的转化率(99%)、选择性(92%)条件下,研究使用的季铵盐助催化剂比目前文献所报道的胺类助催化剂具有反应温度和压力低、反应时间短、所用助催化剂量少等优点,可供工业化使用。
An alkyl ammonium auxiliary catalyst was developed for the telomerization of vinylidene chloride (VDC) with carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) to form 1,1,1,3,3,3- hexachloropropane (HCC230) under T=90~115℃, P=350kpa^600kpa. Compared with the other amine auxiliary catalysts commonly used, to reach the conversion rate over 99% and the selectivity over 92%, the developed alkyl ammonium catalyst can reduce the reacting temperature and pressure and can shorten the reaction time too. It can be used in factory production.
