白种人女性皮肤纹理与年龄和部位相关性研究 被引量:4

Correlation of skin topography with age and sites in Caucasian women

摘要 目的 采用皮肤纹理轮廓仪研究皮肤细小纹理、皱纹与年龄和部位的关系。方法 对皮肤光类型为Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型 ,年龄 2 0~ 74岁的 5 0名白种人女性健康志愿者前额、眼外眦外侧、前臂屈侧正中和手背 4个部位硅胶倒模取样。用干扰条纹光投影法的皮肤纹理轮廓仪对硅模轮廓行三维图像扫描和三维图像数字化处理。记录代表皮肤粗糙参数 (Spa)和皮肤沟纹深浅的参数 (Spt、Spq、Spp、Spv、Sptm、Sppm、Spvm)。 结果 发现各项皮肤纹理参数与年龄成正相关 ,6 0~ 74岁组与其他年龄组比较差异有显著性意义。以Spa和Sptm与年龄的相关系数最高。 结论 本研究表明 ,采用干扰条纹光投影法的皮肤纹理轮廓仪对皮肤细小纹理和皱纹的研究提供了一个客观评价方法。Spa和Sptm是客观有效的观察参数 ,前臂内侧皮肤是评价局部护肤品的适宜部位。 Objective To analyse quantitatively the changes of the skin topography and wrinkle in different sites with aging by the profilometry of interference fringe projection. Methods Silicone replicas were performed on 4 sites (forehead, crow’s-feet, flexible forearm, and hand back) on 50 Caucasian female volunteers who aged 20~74 years and whose phototypes were Ⅱ~Ⅲ. Silicone topography was scanned by profilometry of interference fringe projection. Those images were measured with a special processing software. The parameter values of skin topography (Spa, Spt, Spq, Spp, Spv, Sptm, Sppm and Spvm) were recorded. Results Most of parameters examined increased significantly with age. There was a significant difference between the oldest group and the others. The correlation coefficients between age and Spa as well as Sptm were higher than those of others. Conclusion The profilometry of interference fringe projection provides an objective method for the evaluation of skin microtopography and wrinkle. Spa and Sptm are the useful parameters and the zone of forearm is the convenient site in the clinical and cosmetic research for topical health care products.
