摘要
利用小于60目的珍珠岩尾砂,采用自行设计的电热式膨胀炉,在适当的工艺条件控制下,按工业化规模生产出具有低吸水率、高抗压强度的球形闭孔膨胀珍珠岩。并分析了其形成机理,考察了尾砂含水量、进料粒度、进料量和加热温度等工艺控制因素,确定了合理的加工技术条件。
Spherical closed pore expanded perlites with low water absorptivity and high compressive strength are made from perlite ore tailings (<60mesh)under suitable technial conditions and using industrialization scale electric-heating furnace. The formation mechanism of the expanded perlites was analyzed,the factors controlling the technique such as water content in the ore tailings,feed size,feed rate and heating temperature are examined,and processing conditions were optimized.
