摘要
使用Haake-90型双螺杆挤出机制备一系列粘土含量不同的尼龙6/粘土纳米聚合物复合材料,通过X射线衍射和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究其结晶行为。X射线衍射结果表明纳米粘土的加入改变了尼龙6的晶型。用修正Avrami方程的Jeziorny法研究材料的非等温结晶动力学,发现纳米复合材料的半结晶时间t1/2缩短,纳米粘土对尼龙6有明显的异相成核作用。
A series of PA-6/Clay polymeric nanocomposites with different clay content were prepared by using a Haake-90 twin-screw extruder. The crystallization behaviors of these nanocomposites were studied by using X-RD and DSC. The X-RD results show that the crystal form of PA6/clay nanocomposites is changed by adding nano-clay. The none-isothermal crystallization behaviors of nanocomposites were also discussed in this paper by using revised Avrami method. It shows that the half-time of crystallization t_(1/2) of nanocomposites is reduced and nano-clay plays a role as nucleating agent of PA-6.
