摘要
Cu/Al复合翅片管是一种可广泛应用于中央空调的新型高效传热管 详尽地研究了轧制法生产Cu/Al复合翅片管的生产工艺 :主要采用正交实验法来设计其实验方案 ,通过研究轧制法生产过程中轧辊刀片压下量、外管壁厚、组元金属状态和芯头螺旋角对Cu/Al复合翅片管内外翅成形和复合强度的影响 ,来得出Cu/Al复合翅片管的变形规律 最后比较实验结果 。
Cu/Al multiunit fin tube is a new type of high power heat-transfer tube that can be widely used in the central air-condition.This paper works over the production process of Cu/Al multiunit fin tube at large.To get the forming rule of this tube,we have designed the orthogonal experiment scheme to study some important factors that work on the fin forming and composite intensity of Cu/Al multiunit fin tube.At last,the paper puts forward the best production process by comparing the results of the experiment.
