Application and Evaluation of Release Agent Used in Cast Coated Paperboard Production

通过采用性能良好的CE-04剥离剂,使纸张涂层在湿状态下容易粘结在铸涂缸表面,形成很高 的纸面光泽度,而干燥后又赋予纸张卓越的剥离性能,从而提高了纸机的操作性能和生产效率;同时选 择了恰当的加入点,避免了铸涂卡纸因发生粘缸而引起的麻坑点、针孔等纸病,提高了成纸品质。

That the cast-coated paperboard can be released from cast drum cleanly and effectively is a key issue in coated paperboard production. In this paper the high performance release agent CE-04 was applied to the base sheet to obtain high gloss and make the coating layer easily attaching to the surface of cast drum under wet condition, and also provide excellent releasing ability of paperboard from cast drum under dry condition,thus improve runnability and efficiency of paper machine. At the same time,the suitable adding spot was recommended to avoid the flaws,such as pit, pinhole etc..
