人文主义语言思想观照下的英语书面输出——兼论潘文国教授的语言观

English Written Output in the Sense of Humanist Language Thought——With the Discussion of Professor Pan Wenguo’s Language View

“语言是人类认知世界及进行表述的方式和过程”，其中“认知”、“表述”、“方式”和“过程”则构成了语言的智力本能或主观能力。基于此认识，本文所探讨的英语作为第二语言(外语)的书面输出的智力本能是在汉语文化背景下摆脱汉语观念的英语观念外化；只有从语言的人文属性角度出发，才能认清语言的本质，才能认清英语书面输出的本质——英语民族及其语言的人文精神的达成过程。

Language is the fashion and process in which man recognizes and expresses the world.” In this definition, “recognition”,“expression”, “fashion” and “process” constitute language's intellectual instinct or subjective competence. Based on this realization, this paper explores how the learners' intellectual instinct or subjective competence is made externalized without the Chinese notion in the output of English as the second language or foreign language in the Chinese cultural background. Only in terms of humanist features of language can we see clearly the nature of language, as well as the nature of the written output of English—the realization process of humanist spirit of the English nation and the English language.
