摘要
给出了以七台河洗精煤为主要原料生产一级铸造焦的炼焦工艺。实践证明，这种焦炭在冲天炉上应用，可提高铁水温度、降低铁水成本、提高铸铁质量。
In this paper，the cocking technology of taking Qitaihe assorting coal as main rawmaterial to produce the first grade foundry coke is introduced. The sulphur content of coke islower than 0．2％.It is proved by copula melting experiment that，the temperature of liquid ironmay reach 1504℃ and is 74℃ higher than that by using metallurgical coke，whichmakes the cost of liquid iron reduced and the quality of casting improved.
