九疸秦王散中药物治疗糖尿病肾病机理讨论

糖尿病肾病是糖尿病严重微血管并发症之一,临床表现为肾小球滤过率下降和(或)尿白蛋白持续升高,疾病呈进行性发展,直至终末期肾功能衰竭。通过对“瘅”病因病机的挖掘,发现其与糖尿病肾病的相关性,从而文章从论证“糖尿病肾病”出发,参考现代药理学研究,阐述《外台秘要方》九疸秦王散中药物的作用机理,以求临床改善糖尿病肾病的治疗效果,提升患者生存质量。

Diabetic kidney disease is one of the serious microvascular complications of diabetes. Its clinical manifestation is the decline of glomerular filtration rate and/or the continuous increase of urinary albumin. The disease is progressing until the end stage renal failure. Through the excavation of the etiology and pathogenesis of “dan”, we found its correlation with diabetes nephropathy. Therefore, starting from the demonstration of “diabetes nephropathy” and referring to modern pharmacological research, this article expounds the mechanism of action of the drugs in Jiudanqinwangsan in Waitai Secret Recipe, in order to improve the clinical treatment effect of diabetes nephropathy and improve the quality of life of patients.
