摘要
行政诉讼的检察监督对于保障我国行政诉讼活动的合法、公正,真正实现依法治国起着重要作用。然而,我国现行的行政诉讼检察监督制度还存在一些不足,严重影响了检察机关法律监督职能的发挥。需要从增加程序意识,完善行政抗诉制度等方面,对行政诉讼监督制度进行完善。
The procurator supervision of administrative lawsuit is very important for justice and managing state affairs according to law. But the defect of supervision in our administrative lawsuit has affected the supervising function. For the supervision perfection, we should increase consciousness of procedure, emphasize on administration counter appeal system and so on.
