摘要
在科学技术飞速发展,学科相互渗透、不断分化的新时代,社会对具有跨学科知识结构的高层次、复合型人才提出了新的需求。在此背景下,本文探讨了学科交叉导师团队的组建意义与组建模式,并对学科交叉导师团队制的研究生培养模式进行了实证研究,提出通过拓宽研究生培养口径、设定跨学科课程、加强学科交叉导师团队指导、建立多学科背景学术交流平台等措施,突破传统的单学科培养方式,构建基于学科交叉导师团队制的研究生培养模式。
In the new era of rapid development of science and technology and mutual penetration and differentiation of disciplines,the society puts forward new demands for high-level and compound talents with interdisciplinary knowledge structure.Under this background,this paper discusses the significance and the mode of establishing interdisciplinary tutor team,and makes an empirical study on the postgraduate training mode of interdisciplinary tutor team system.It is proposed to break through the traditional single discipline training mode and establish a new one based on interdisciplinary tutor team system by taking such measures as broadening the training areas of postgraduates,setting interdisciplinary courses,strengthening the guidance of interdisciplinary tutor team,and establishing a multi-disciplinary academic exchange platform.
