用于车载光电系统的自锁式云台结构设计

摘要 云台作为一种双轴设备载体,通过控制伺服电机,实现平台负载的水平方位旋转和俯仰方向旋转。在车载光电系统中,由于车辆在不同路况下行驶会产生强烈的振动和冲击,需要云台具有自锁性以保证负载的位置稳定,并且要保证云台频繁往返转动时的平稳性。在云台结构设计时,根据蜗轮蜗杆的传动原理以及自锁特性,设计了一种双电机双蜗杆结构,借鉴双齿轮消隙法保证蜗轮蜗杆的啮合间隙较小,实现云台的平稳往返运转,并减少蜗轮蜗杆之间的振动冲击,保证平台的稳定性。 As a dual axis device holder,the camera holder can rotate horizontally and vertically with the loads by controlling the servo motors.In vehicle photoelectric system,because strong vibration and impact will arise when vehicles are driven under different road conditions,the camera holder needs to be self-locking to keep the load steady and ensure its smooth rotation when it rotates to-and-fro frequently.A dual-motor and dual-worm mechanism is designed based on the transmission principle and self-locking property of worm gear mechanism.Based on the dual-gear anti-backlash method,the gap of gears is small,the camera holder can rotate smoothly when it rotates to-and-fro frequently,the vibration and impact between the worm gear and worm is reduced to keep the load steady,and the stability of the platform is ensured.
