双锭组假捻变形机设计

Design of double spindle group false twist texturing machine

为了实现2~3种差别化纤维的一步法合股生产,降低生产成本,满足人们对DTY的高品质和品种多元化要求,设计了一种双锭组假捻变形机设备。该设备是在常规假捻变形机的基础上通过增加一组零罗拉喂入机构和一组假捻器,将单丝道改为双丝道,采用双喂入的方法而开发的。实验证明:该设备可实现一机多用,可生产出品种较为丰富的DTY产品:可以纺单股丝,或只用一罗拉同时喂入两股规格相同的POY生产S+Z捻纤维;可由零罗拉和一罗拉分别喂入不同规格的纤维,生产S+Z捻、S+S捻和Z+Z捻纤维;可用一罗拉同时喂入两股规格相同的POY,零罗拉喂入不经假捻的丝,实现三股丝的合股。

In order to realize the one-step production of 2-3 kinds of differential fibers,reduce the production cost and meet the requirements of high quality and variety diversification of DTY,a double spindle group false twist texturing machine is designed in this paper.Based on the conventional false twist texturing machine,the equipment is developed by adding a set of zero roller feeding mechanism and a set of false twister,changing the single channel into double channels and adopting the method of double feeding.Experiments show that the equipment can realize multi-purpose of one machine and produce a variety of DTY products.It can spin single strand of silk or feed two strands of POY with the same specification with one roller at the same time to produce S+Z twist fiber.It is also possible to produce S+Z twist,S+S twist and Z+Z twist fibers by feeding fibers of different specifications with one zero-roller and one one-roller.One roller can be used to feed two POY strands with the same specifications at the same time,and zero roller can be used to feed non false twist yarn,so as to realize three strand yarn combination.
