摘要
为应对可再生能源规模化并入电网给电力调度带来的挑战,在考虑主动配电网需求侧与供给侧可控资源协调调度的基础上,对影响主动配电网经济性和用户满意度的基于消费者心理的价格型需求响应进行了研究。鉴于模型高维高约束的特点,采用经典的基于分解的多目标进化(Multi-objective Evolutionary Algorithm based on Decomposition,MOEA/D)算法进行求解,以达到提高可再生能源接入水平和系统稳定性的目的。通过测试系统仿真,验证了所提出调度模型与方法的合理性和有效性。
In order to deal with the challenge of large-scale integration of renewable energy into the power grid to power dispatching,based on the consideration of coordinated dispatching of controllable resources on the demand side and supply side of active distribution network,the price demand response based on consumer psychology which affects the economy and user satisfaction of active distribution network is studied.Considering the characteristics of high dimension and high constraint of the model,the classical MOEA/D algorithm is used to solve the problem,so as to improve the renewable energy access level and system stability.Through the simulation of the test system,the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed scheduling model and method are verified.
