摘要
针对中频航空地面电源常出现的三相不平衡负载问题,提出了将三相T型三电平拓扑与分裂电容式拓扑相结合并应用于中频航空地面电源的设计方案。详细介绍了与T型三电平拓扑相应的逆变器数学模型和控制策略(各相均采用坐标变换与二阶广义积分器来提取反馈信号,进行独立控制)。以DSP(Digital Signal Processor)和FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)为控制核心设计了一台8 kW实验样机。实验结果表明,所设计航空地面电源的三相输出电压对称,带不平衡负载能力强。实验验证了设计方案的有效性和可靠性。
Aiming at the problem of unbalanced three-phase load in ground power unit(GPU)for airplanes,a design scheme of combining the T-type three-level topology with the three-phase split-capacitor topology for medium frequency GPU is proposed.The mathematical model and single-phase individual control strategy are introduced in detail.Each phase adopts coordinate transformation and second-order generalized integrator to extract feedback signal for independent control.Taking DSP(digital signal processor)and FPGA(field programmable gate array)as the control core,an 8 kW experimental prototype is designed.According to the experiment results,the three-phase output voltage of the GPU is symmetrical,and has strong performance with unbalanced load,which verifies the effectiveness and reliablity of the proposed design scheme.
