摘要
为解决可试验数字孪生体在可视化、控制逻辑一致性和数据实时交互方面存在的问题,提出了一种汽车白车身焊接生产线可试验数字孪生体建模方法。通过构建汽车白车身焊接生产线可视化模型、逻辑模型与数据模型,完成了焊接生产线数字孪生体的创建。以某汽车白车身自动焊接生产线为例,对可试验数字孪生体建模方法进行了验证。通过反复试验,得到了物理生产线的运行数据和关键信息,缩短了生产线搭建和调试的时间,节约了设计成本。
In order to solve the problems of visualization,control logic consistency and data real-time interaction of the testable digital twins,this paper proposes a digital twin modeling method of production line.Through the construction of visual model,logical model and data model of auto body in white welding production line,the digital twin of welding production line is completed.Taking the automatic white body welding production line as an example,the operation data and key information of the physical production line are obtained through repeating tests on the virtual production line,which can greatly reduce the construction and debugging time of the production line and thus save the design cost.
