摘要
现代医学目前对于胃癌前病变(PLGC)早期如肠上皮化生、低级别上皮内瘤变以手术、对症治疗为主,中医通过辨病与辨证相结合,并结合"治未病"思想,在PLGC的治疗中有独特优势。PLGC属中医学"痞证""结证"范畴。张仲景在《伤寒论》中阐述了痞证、结证之症状、病机,认为张仲景痞证、结证的辨治思想可运用于PLGC的辨治,但应审时度势,把握要害。结合PLGC的三个阶段,浅述张仲景痞证、结证的辨治思想在PLGC中的运用。
Modern medicine currently focuses on surgery and symptomatic treatment of early gastric cancer precancerous lesions(PLGC)such as intestinal metaplasia and low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia.PLGC belongs to the category of Pi(痞)syndrome and Jie(结)syndrome.In the Eastern Han Dynasty,ZHANG Zhongjing expounded the symptoms and pathogenesis of Pi(痞)syndrome and Jie(结)syndrome in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases.It is believed that ZHANG Zhongjing′s differentiating and treating thoughts could be applied to the diagnosis and treatment of PLGC.
