ZHANG Zhili′s Experience in Treating Vitiligo

总结张志礼教授治疗白癜风的临证经验。将白癜风分为肝肾阴虚型,心肾不交、心脾两虚型,肝郁气滞、气血失和型进行辨证论治。在治疗用药方面,最常使用补虚药,其次是活血化瘀药和理气药,再次是解表药和平肝熄风药。临证以补益、调肝、调理气血为重,擅用赵炳南教授白驳丸加减治疗,自创白癜风酒浸剂,倡内外合治。

The clinical experience of Professor ZHANG Zhili treating vitiligo was summarized.He divided vitiligo into the type of liver and kidney yin deficiency,the type of heart and kidney disjunction,heart and spleen deficiency and the type of liver depression and qi stagnation,qi and blood disharmony.In treatment,the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine are reinforcing medicine,followed by blood-activating and stasis-removing medicine and qi-regulating medicine,antipyretic and soothing liver and wind medicine.Clinically,he is good at modified BaiBo Pills(白驳丸)to supplement,regulate liver and regulate qi and blood.He invented vitiligo alcohol infusion(白癜风酒浸剂),and advocated the combination of internal and external treatment.
