表证概念探微

Probe into the Concept of Exterior Pattern

表证是中医诊断中重要的基本证候之一,随着学术的变迁,表证的概念也在不断地发展。当前表证的概念存在病因宽泛化、病程局限化、症状绝对化和外延窄缩化等问题。这使表证概念的内涵不够明析,外延也未得以完全展开,且已呈现出阻碍中医学继承和发展的态势。通过对表证的内涵与外延进行分析,提出新的表证概念,以期进一步促进表证概念的完善。

Exterior pattern is one of the important basic syndromes in the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine. With the change of academics, the concept of exterior pattern is constantly developing. The current concept of exterior pattern has problems such as broad etiology, limited disease course, absolute symptoms, and narrowing of extension. This makes the connotation of the concept of evidence be not clear enough, and the extension has not been fully developed. It has shown a situation that hinders the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine. Through the analysis of the connotation and extension of exterior pattern, a new concept of exterior pattern is proposed to further promote the improvement of the concept of exterior pattern.
