中医药防治新型冠状病毒肺炎各地诊疗方案综合分析

Comprehensive Analysis of Diagnosis and Treatment Schemes for Prevention and Treatment of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia by Traditional Chinese Medicine

新型冠状病毒肺炎属于中医学疫病范畴。疫情发生以来,我国卫生管理部门发布了系列《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案》(简称"国家《方案》"),要求积极发挥中医药作用,加强中西医结合。先后有24个省、市、自治区在国家《方案》基础上,结合区域和人群特点,发布了本地区的《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎防治方案》(简称"地区《方案》"),对新型冠状病毒肺炎进行辨证分型、分期,并提供了丰富的中医药防治方案。为了深入了解此次疫情并为中医药快速应对同类疫情提供参考,本研究全面收集并整理相关信息,系统分析了各地区方案,认为该次疫病主要体现为"湿、热、毒、虚"几个特点,病位在肺,耗伤正气,损及脾肺,甚者窍闭神昏。各地区《方案》基本按照预防、治疗、恢复三个阶段采取不同措施,预防阶段以玉屏风散等益气固表为主,治疗期以清热化湿解毒救逆为主,恢复期则益气养阴为主。

Novel coronavirus pneumonia belongs to the category of Trditional Chinese Medicine epidemics.Since its outbreak,China′s health management official has issued a series of Diagnosis and Treatment Schemes for Prevention and Treatment of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia(referred to as the National Schemes),which requires for the active role of traditional Chinese medicine and strengthening the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine.There were 24 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions have released the Regional Schemes on the basis of the National Schemes,combining local characteristics.This study comprehensively collected and sorted out relevant information,and systematically analyzed the different schemes.It is believed that this epidemic has several characteristics,namely dampness,heat,toxin and deficiency.The disease lies in the lungs,hurting righteousness qi,damaging the spleen and lungs,and even leading to loss of consciousness.The regional schemes basically adopts different measures according to the three stages of prevention,treatment and recovery.The prevention stage is mainly based on the solidifying surface-qi using Yupingfeng San(玉屏风散),and the treatment stage is mainly based on clearing heat,disolving dampness,detoxification and rescuing.The recovery stage is mainly based on nourishing qi and Yin.
