中药临床外用技术规范研制的思考

Thoughts on the Development of Technical Specifications for Clinical External Use of Chinese Materia Medica

中药外用疗法安全有效的实施有赖于规范的操作方法、对适应症及禁忌症全面的了解、对突发状况正确的处理等。全面梳理中药临床外用技术规范化现状,在此基础上提出中药临床外用技术规范研制的新思考。从适用性、科学性、可度量性三个方面出发,采用临床文献数据方法,以病、药物、剂型为主要切入点,最后结合前期实验研究及专家论证,建立中药外用技术规范,从而提高临床疗效,减少不良反应的发生,促进中药外用技术的发展。

The safe and effective implementation of Chinese materia medica topical therapy depends on standardized operating methods,a comprehensive understanding of indications and contraindications,and correct handling of sudden conditions.This paper comprehensively sorted out the current status of standardization of Chinese materia medica clinical external use technology.Based on this,a new thinking on the development of clinical external use technology specifications of Chinese materia medica was put forward.From three aspects of applicability,scientificity,and measurability,the clinical literature data method was adopted,with disease,drugs,and dosage forms as the main entry points.Combining with previous experimental research and expert argumentation,a technical standard for external use of Chinese materia medica should be established to improve clinical efficacy,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and promote the development of Chinese materia medica external application technology.
