摘要
PIK3CA基因突变及其相关的PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路异常激活,参与到多种恶性肿瘤的发生和发展过程。近年来,多项胆囊癌体细胞突变的研究报道了PIK3CA通路具有较高的突变频率,多项PI3K通路靶向药物临床试验也在胆道恶性肿瘤中开展。本文就PIK3CA通路在胆囊癌中的生物学作用及其作为分子治疗靶点的临床价值进行综述。
PIK 3CA gene mutation and the deregulation of PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway are involved in the occurrence and progress of various malignancy.In recent years,a number of studies have reported a high frequency of somatic mutation of the PIK3CA pathway in gallbladder cancer,and a number of clinical trials of PI3K pathway-targeted drugs have also been carried out in biliary tract malignancies.This article reviews the biological role of PIK3CA pathway in gallbladder cancer and its clinical value as a molecular therapeutic target.
