摘要
唾液腺腺淋巴瘤(Adenolymphoma ofsalivary gland)是一种唾液腺的良性上皮性肿瘤,主要发生在腮腺。1912年Warthin氏对该瘤的病理特征进行了详细的描述,命名为淋巴性乳头状囊腺瘤。现将我院33年来(1956~1985)收治的16例腺淋巴瘤的临床资料进行分析探讨。
From 1956 to 1986,16 patients with adenolymphoma of parotid gland were surgicallytreated in the Head and Neek Department,Cancer Hospital of Shanghai Medical University.14 cases were male and 2 female.The median age was 56.5 years,ranging from 48 to74.7 were in the right paratid gland and 8 in the left,only one bilateral.Size of tumorsvaried from 1 to 6 cm in diameter.The authors emphasized the significance of surgeryincluding superficial lobe and removal or wide excision of the lower pole with preservationof facial nerve.If the primary surgery is adequate,local recurrence may be minimized tothe lowest extent.
