厌氧棒状杆菌菌苗作用的肿瘤细胞超微结构研究

摘要 1967年以来国外已利用短小棒状杆菌(CP)作为一些肿瘤的免疫治疗剂,同时也开展了许多有关机理的实验研究。但是对它的抗瘤机理仍不十分清楚。Prevot实验室认为是刺激网状内皮系统。一般认为菌苗的抗癌作用是通过激活巨噬细胞而实现的。 In the experiment,having mixed CPV with transplanted or cultured S180 tumor cellsin vivo or vitro for 1,3,5,or 24 hours,we observed the ultrastructural changes in bothtumor cells and macrophagocytes.The most ettractive appearance was that the mitochondria of tumor cells in vitro eitherin cultured or transplanted group often showed matrix condensation.In the transplanted group in vivo,there were two kinds of tumor cells--dark andlight cells,according to their density of cytoplasm.Some tumor cells had undergoneclasmatosis or shedding.The activated macrophagocytes frequently contained homogenousvacuoles,some of which showed exocytosis.They often phagocytosed a number of CP bodiesand one or two tumor cells and in contact with the latter.In this article,the changes in tumor cells after mixing with CPV and the interactionbetween the macrophagocytes and tumor cells have been discussed.
