杂交瘤移植性肿瘤的光学及电子显微镜观察

LIGHT AND ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC OBSERVATIONS ON HYBRID TUMOR CELLS TRANSPLANTED INTO MICE

近年来我们建立了单克隆的分泌抗HBs/a的杂交瘤细胞株(Z26F7-S6C9)。本文报道应用该细胞株移植于同种小鼠腹腔后诱发小鼠腹水瘤或实体瘤,并对其产生的肿瘤进行了光学及电子显微镜观察.

The purpose of this paper is to report the experimental results of transplantation of themonoclonal hybridoma cell colony Z26F7S6C9 with resistance against HBs/a antigen intoBALB/c mice and the observations of the transplanted hybrid tumor.Grossly,ascites withmultiple solid tumors could be observed in the abdomen.When examined under lightmicroscope,heteromorphic and necrotic tumor cells of various sizes were visible.Electronmicroscopic examination revealed remarkable aberration of cytoplasm and nucleus in tumorcells as well as virus-like particles.
