碳纤维复合材料钻孔工艺与分层损伤研究

Study on Drilling Process and Delamination Damage of Carbon Fiber Composite Materials

摘要 针对复合材料层合板层间剪切强度低,钻孔过程中轴向力较大,钻入口纤维层和钻出口纤维层处容易出现分层的问题,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,基于Hashin失效准则,以及双线性Cohesive损伤模型中的BK失效准则,对CFRP层合板的分层损伤进行模拟,研究钻头转速及进给量对分层损伤的影响。结果表明:钻削时进给量越大、转速越大,轴向力、扭矩和分层因子越大,分层损伤越严重。 Considering the low interlaminar shear strength of composite laminates and the large axial force during drilling,delamination is prone to occur at the fiber layer at the drilling entrance and exit.Using ABAQUS finite element analysis software,delamination damage in CFRP laminates was simulated based on Hashin failure criterion and the BK failure criterion in the bilinear Cohesive damage model.The influence of drill speed and feed rate on delamination damage was investigated.The research results show that the larger the feed rate and rotational speed during drilling,the larger axial force and torque,and the more severe the delamination damage.
